Formerly known as BLUEKI, the brand was founded in 2020 by Yumi Nu to create high-quality, intentionally designed fashion for all sizes. As a curve model of many years, she saw firsthand the lack of well-made, inclusive options. Frustrated by the industry’s shortcomings, she set out to offer timeless, long-lasting pieces made with care. Committed to bring the change we want to see, NU22 is here to set a new standard in fashion.
ETHICS
Our pieces are designed in Brooklyn, NY. We produce in small batches to be mindful of overproducing and creating excess.
SHIPPING
Our items are made to order so once you place your order and it's accepted, we are unable to cancel it. Please keep that timing in mind for your purchase. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your item to ship if it is a pre-order.
RETURN POLICY
1. You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
2. Return label shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund.
3. $35 Restocking fee will be deducted from total refund.
4. We are currently not offering exchanges as each piece is made to order.
5. All items must be in the original condition they came in, as well as original packaging. Tags must be attached. The garments must be unworn and free of any makeup, deodorant and perfume.
6. If the garment is not in these standards, we will not be able to issue a return.
7. To start your return: email info@nu22studio.com with your order number, reason for return and the item you’re returning. Once the item is received, we will issue a refund. Note that refunds might take some time to show up on statements, depending on your bank.
